At the little distillery Balmenach in Speyside, Caorunn is produced. It is a London Dry Gin – all the flavouring takes place during the distillation. The crops growing around Balmenach are used to obtain its unique taste of rowan and juniper berries, dandelion leaves, bog myrtle and red apples.
Caorunn sponsored the publication of the book The 50 Best Bars in the World in 2012.
